About Me

I’m a Scottish film and video maker, from the town of Kirkcaldy, Fife.

I studied at the University of Stirling, graduating with a 2:1 Honours Degree in English Studies & Film and Media Studies.

For three years, I lived in Takamatsu, Japan, where I worked as an Assistant Language Teacher on the JET (Japan Exchange & Teaching) Programme. As well as making some incredible memories that will last a lifetime, I made some wonderful friends and picked up a bit of Japanese in the process.

I have a keen interest in Scottish and UK media; as well as photography, filmmaking, television, cinema, literature, history and politics. I enjoy travelling around Scotland, particularly in the Hebridean islands. I continue to study Japanese and play the shakuhachi; a Japanese bamboo flute.

I’m always seeking new creative opportunities, and enjoy meeting and collaborating with new people.
